Hi!  My name is Kimberly Oden.  I recently created S I F T, but have been an organizer in some form or fashion since childhood.  Some of my earliest memories are cleaning and organizing and rearranging my parents home until there was nothing left to organize!  That's when I began begging my mom to let me begin organizing her friends' homes. 

In recent years, I helped co-found a leadership academy called, Legacy Community Academy.  It is here that I have been able to steward well the gifts of strategic thinking, organization, administration, and systems implementation in order to help provide a place to partner with families who desire to be intentional about their children's education.  My deep desire while serving at Legacy has been to help parents restore intentionality within their homes.  It is during my time at LCA that the phrase, "Restore Intention" surfaced within my heart.  It resonated so deeply, that my personal vision quickly followed . . .

PERSONAL VISION: My personal vision is to steward well own my time, talent and resources in an effort to help individuals, families, and organizations create a simplicity of life that allows for the intentional stewardship of theirs.​ . . to help restore intention . . .

AVOCATIONS: Spending time with my husband and four sons is a top priority and anything that requires organization, structure and strategic planning brings me pure joy. I also am a life-long fitness enthusiast who loves to learn. The past 18 years have been spent intentionally educating our sons, as well as consulting in the areas of education, strategic planning, administrative support, organization and cleaning. Again, I feel that my life’s call is to be an encouragement to others and steward well my own gifts, talents, and passions in an effort to help individuals, families and organizations restore intentionality.

PERSONAL PROFILE: I am a focused, disciplined, and goal-oriented professional who absolutely values and implements order, systems, and structure into everything I attempt. As a strategic thinker, I enjoy a track record of achievement by sorting through the clutter of a problem and discovering the most efficient solution. Excelling in the proficient and economical completion of tasks, I thrive behind-the-scenes, supporting the success of an overall mission by attending to the fine details. I am a deep thinker and sympathetic listener with excellent written, administrative and organizational skills. I have been told that I am a quiet, conscientious, individual respected for my firm principles and ability to follow clear convictions for the common good.  Myers Briggs Type: INFJ
